Welcome to the 13th Issue of the HealthWise Bulletin,
Hello, friends, acquaintances, and dedicated health seekers!
Itâs a joy to welcome you to our thirteenth issue of the HealthWise Bulletin. Whether youâve been part of this journey from the start or youâre just joining us, thank you for being here.
Your comments, questions, and encouraging notes continue to inspire us.
Each message I receive fuels my determination to walk with you on this path toward transformative health and holistic wellness.
Together, weâre making real progressâone step at a time.
Just last week, a member of my WhatsApp group sent me a heartfelt message. She shared how, although she had been quietly following our group discussions, she has seen a significant improvement in her cardiovascular health.
Now, she feels more empowered, hopeful, and in control of her well-being. Messages like these remind me that even when weâre unaware, our work is touching lives and sparking change. Itâs humbling and deeply gratifying.
I also had a powerful moment recently with one of my wellness coaches, Fatma, based at the coast.
She did a star reading for one of my acquaintances, and the insights were not only liberating but astonishingly accurate.
It confirmed something I often reflect onâthereâs so much wisdom available to us if weâre open to learning and exploring.
Many people question the relevance of astrology. Some label it as superstition or even an ungodly practice.
But letâs take a moment to consider this: if astrology was ungodly, why would God have used the stars to guide the Magi to the birth of His son, Jesus?
The Magi were astrologers, wise men who studied the stars and discerned their meanings, much like practitioners today. Astrology is not mysticism or witchcraft. Itâs the ancient and time-honored study of how the stars and planets influence our lives.
Our lives are written in the stars long before they unfold here on earth. Iâve personally had my birth chart read by Fatma, and I was amazed by the clarity and accuracy it offered me.
I encourage each of you to stay connected and engage with us in these conversations. Letâs share, question, and explore the many routes to better health and deeper understanding.
Knowledge brings freedom. Itâs as though weâve been living in chains, unaware of our potentialâand suddenly, those chains are broken, setting us free to live healthier, fuller lives.
I always say, and Iâll say it again: Ignorance of health matters is dangerous. But the pursuit of knowledge and wisdom leads to healing and wholeness. Seek knowledge. Seek wisdom. And all will be well with you.
